Attorney Michelle M. Mulvena joins Moschella and Winston
Michelle M. Mulvena has joined Moschella & Winston, LLP as an associate. She specializes in elder law, including estate planning, administration, asset protection and Medicare and Medicaid issues, as well as probate litigation.
Michelle is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Massachusetts Bar Association, and a member of the Board of Directors for Visiting Nurse and Community Health of Arlington. Michelle is also an active member of the Somerville community as well. She is on the Board of Directors for the Somerville Chamber of Commerce, hosts the Chamber’s highly successful Business After Hours events and until recently was the one of the original co-hosts of the Somerville Cable talk show called “Talking Business.”
Prior to joining our firm, Michelle was a senior associate with the Law Offices of Frank N. Dardeno, LLP in Somerville, MA. She has nearly 10 years of experience in serving families in Somerville and the neighboring communities.
In addition to her passion for Elder Law, Michelle is passionate about golf and is the current reigning champ for the Women’s Longest Drive competition in the Somerville Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament.
